We Respect and Acknowledge our collective whakapapa

At Ka Ū Ki Sticker Co, we hold deep respect for every maunga, every iwi, every hapū, and every place that carries meaning for our people in Aotearoa and beyond.

We acknowledge that, despite our best efforts, we may not have included every important maunga, iwi, or town in our standard lists. Aotearoa is rich in identity, story, whakapapa, and connection and no single list can capture the full depth of our whenua and our people.

If your maunga, iwi, or special place isn’t shown, we warmly invite you to use our Customisation Option, available in our shop. This allows you to honour your story, your connection, and your identity in the way that feels right for you.

We also acknowledge that kupū can vary in spelling, dialect, and preference, depending on iwi, rohe, or whānau. These differences are natural and meaningful - they reflect the richness of our reo.
If your preferred spelling differs from the version shown on our site, that is absolutely fine. You are welcome to request the kupu written in the way that best reflects your whakapapa and kōrero.

Our intention is always to approach these matters with manaakitanga, humility, and respect.
If we’ve missed something important, or if you’d like to see your maunga, iwi or place represented, please feel free to reach out - we’re always learning, and always open to kōrero.

Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou katoa.
Thank you for helping us uphold the kaupapa of Ka Ū Ki with pride and integrity.
