RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Standard Products

We meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) for faulty or damaged items.

We also accept change-of-mind returns for standard products if:

  • The item is unused,

  • Still in original condition, and

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns may include situations such as the decal not fitting your intended space or you deciding the product is not suitable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Custom Products

Custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, including:

  • Incorrect spelling or text provided by the customer

  • Custom measurements supplied incorrectly

  • Design proofs approved by the customer

Returns for custom items are only accepted if required under the CGA (e.g., faulty, damaged, or not as described).

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, photos, and content belong to Ka Ū Ki Sticker Co unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by NZ law, we are not liable for:

  • Incorrect application

  • Damage to surfaces

  • Courier or customs delays

  • Losses arising from events outside our control

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.
